Rybalsky LCD is located in Kiev's Podilskyi district at 3, 9 Naberezhno-Rybalskaya Road. The new residential area neighbours the territory of old Podol and is being developed close to the historic centre of the city. The residential complex is a project of developers Perfect Group, Riverside Development and Saga Development.
