About the housing estate

Poetica housing estate is located in Shevchenkivskyi district of Kiev at Degtyarevska Street, 25a. The new buildings are an 18-minute walk to two metro stations on the green and red lines - Dorogozhychi and Shulyavskaya.

The business-class residential complex comprises five buildings of 24 and 28 storeys. The project is being implemented by the developer ENSO. Two buildings were commissioned in 2022, two more are scheduled to be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2023. The last phase will be ready in the 4th quarter of 2024.

Features

The buildings are constructed using monolithic frame technology with ceramic red bricks filling the outer walls. Mineral wool is used for insulation. The houses are centrally heated.
