Manhattan city LCD is located in Shevchenkivskyi district of Kiev at Bershchagivska Street, Bereesteyskiy Avenue. It takes 12 minutes to reach Khreschatyk by private car, depending on traffic congestion. Metro station "Polytechnic Institute" is within walking distance: it takes 16 minutes to get there.

The business class residential complex consists of three 36-storey buildings. The project was implemented by developer BudCapital in partnership with construction company Kyivgorstroy. All buildings were commissioned in 2021.

Features

The three towers stand out with their unique façade and a lighting system that creates the illusion of the buildings rotating around their axis. The new building was constructed using monolithic frame technology. The ceramic brick walls were insulated with mineral wool. The building is connected to district heating.
