Riverside has become a response to the changing needs of the modern urban dweller.
An integrated approach in the planning of the Riverside residential complex combined many years of experience of successful Comfort Life Development projects and modern trends in the organization of European living space.

Modern architecture, simple facade lines, landscape design, zoning of the territory for active and relaxing holidays, understated number of floors.

It is planned to have a developed urban-type infrastructure: a shopping complex, a sports complex, a community center, a kindergarten for 120 places.

- A picturesque lake is located 150 m from the quarter. On the shore there is an equipped beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and a summer shower.
The entire territory is riddled with walking paths, comfortable benches and park lighting.
