Rybalsky LCD is located in Kiev's Podilskyi district at 3, 9 Naberezhno-Rybalskaya Road. The new residential area neighbours the territory of old Podol and is being developed close to the historic centre of the city. It takes 12 minutes by minibus or other transport to get from here to Pochtovaya Ploschad metro station.
The residential complex is a project of developers Perfect Group, Riverside Development and Saga Development. The first phase of construction includes 9 business-class houses of 9-10 and 24 storeys in height. The first new buildings were commissioned in 2019. Several more buildings will be commissioned in 2023.
