The real estate market has its own trends on the choice of housing. In the Ukrainian market there are analogs of foreign projects adjusted to the local way. Where to start choosing?

The supply of premium-class new buildings is quite limited. Among the objects, already more than 30% ready or commissioned, but are still selling from the developer.

The cost per square meter according to the website lun.ua and sales departments:

Lounge and barbecue zones, parks, gardens, fountains and rooftop pools are also a trend in such complexes. The most common elements of the internal infrastructure are SPA-complexes, fitness halls, cinemas.

Housing objects of club and Residence formats are characterized by a smaller number of apartments, infrastructure, as well as low storey. Such houses fit into the environment and location in the old part of Podol and Lipki.
