We present to your attention a magnificent house with an area of 280 square meters in the Kyiv region, in the beautiful Obukhovsky district, in the settlement of Kozinskoye OTG Romankov, just a 10-minute drive from Kyiv, surrounded by a picturesque forest and lake. This beautiful home includes a swimming pool and well-kept green landscaping, as well as heated floors throughout the space.
Built in 2006 using dried laminated timber, untreated thanks to special heat treatment during the development process. High-quality Austrian paint (Adler) was used for finishing. The roof is made of natural German clay tiles. The house is insulated according to all standards, the roof is treated with an antiseptic and is ready for use. Power connected is 20 kW.
Insulation is provided throughout the house, with the exception of the upper room, where mineral wool is used between the beams. Both electric and gas boilers are available. All necessary household appliances are already installed. A wonderful swimming pool with a volume of 15 cubic meters with a geyser and a heat pump creates a cozy relaxing atmosphere.
There is a winter barbecue on the terrace for pleasant evenings in the fresh air. There is a carport, an irrigation system, a security house and a 10 kW generator.
