Svitlo Park is located in Holosiivskyi district of Kiev. The address is Naddnipryanskoe highway, 2a. The new buildings are a 13 minute walk to the Vydubichi metro station. It will take 20-25 minutes to get to Khreschatyk by private transport.
The comfort-class residential complex consists of 23 houses ranging in height from 10 to 26 levels. The construction is carried out by the developer Futura hata. The first buildings were completed in 2021. The next phases are also scheduled for completion in 2024. Several new buildings do not yet have an announced completion date.
Features
