Also in walking distance are several natural lakes.

The project was developed by Kiev architectural studio. Based on extensive experience, the architects have developed a building of optimal configuration and area for family living. The total area of the house is 230 m/sq.

The house is equipped with a geothermal heat pump PROTIS fifth generation, heating the building in winter and cooling in the summer months. The heat pump is controlled via a mobile application on a smartphone. The climate of the house is regulated by the supply and exhaust air conditioning system.
Additional alternative heating of the house from the fireplace with warm air distribution to the bedrooms of the second floor. In the boiler room installed buffer tank for 400 liters and a hot water tank for 300 liters, with its own additional electric heaters. Own well. EcoSoft water purification and softening system is installed in the building. Fiber optic high-speed internet is connected. Power supply to the house 30 kW. three phases. In the garage installed voltage stabilizers for each phase. Own septic tank with drainage field. The house has hidden downspouts that drain rainwater into rainwater tanks. Also made drainage system near the house. Preparations have been made for the connection of an autonomous generator and preparation for the connection of solar panels on the roof of the house.
