Located on the territory of Kyiv, a guarded cottage community on the banks of the Konek River in the area of the Atmosphere shopping center and Zhukov Island offers you a unique opportunity to create your ideal home.
This house was built in 2012 and has a total area of 400 sq. m. m., with a living area of 146 sq. m. It is built on a monolithic foundation slab, using red brick for the walls (2 bricks, 50 cm), foam insulation and mineral plaster. The floors are made of reinforced concrete slabs, and the stairs are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is covered with metal tiles.
The house is fully furnished with branded furniture and equipped with household appliances. On the ground floor there are utility rooms and a spa area with a sauna. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with fireplace and access to the terrace, as well as a bedroom. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and a library in the hall. The attic is equipped with a play area for children. The house has four bedrooms, an office, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a garage. The house project was developed by architect I. M. Grigoriev.
Water supply is provided through two wells with a depth of 160 and 220 meters in the cottage town "Konek", and there is also a water treatment system and a central sewerage system. Heating is carried out using a heat pump from the Octopus company and a very economical gas boiler Buderus, which allows you to significantly save on heating.
