Electricity is 3 phases, an uninterruptible power supply system is installed on one of them: a Victron inverter (Netherlands) with a power of 5 kW and batteries with a capacity of 9.6 kW; solar panels can also be installed by agreement. Additionally there is a 4 kW generator.
Nearby there is a store with all the necessary goods, near a stream and a forest. There is a railway station where long-distance trains stop, so you can conveniently get there from Kyiv, Kharkov, Lviv and other cities.
