A new 2-room apartment with views is offered for purchase in Kyiv in the prestigious Seven residential complex (Seven residential complex). House 18 A. The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, a large studio kitchen and two bathrooms (one of which is now used as a dressing room, but can easily be returned to a bathroom without investment). The vast majority of neighbors have already finished making repairs, which means they won’t have to listen to the noise of hammer drills all day long.
High quality repairs have been made. We made it for ourselves, but plans changed.

This system will also notify you by phone if your neighbors start to flood, which will give you the opportunity to quickly react and preserve your property.
3. Automatically turns off the light when the system is armed and turns on when disarmed. No more worrying about leaving home and forgetting to turn something off.
4. In the entrance above the apartment door there is a surveillance camera with notifications to the phone using a motion sensor, intercom mode and alarm mode. If someone starts hanging around the door, you will know about it immediately. You can either turn on a loud siren to scare away an unwanted guest or communicate with him from your phone.
5. The system makes it easy to deliver many more different sensors and control systems for apartment electrical appliances.
The house has security, an access control system, surveillance cameras, a centralized fire alarm and a huge diesel electric generator that provides light to the entire house in the event of a power outage. So during possible blackouts, the elevators will still work, there will be water and heating.
Developed infrastructure. There are many large shopping centers, supermarkets and everything you need for life nearby. Osokorki metro station is a 5-minute walk away.
Near the house there is an 8-storey parking lot and guarded parking. There are playgrounds for walking, a fenced area for playing basketball or mini-football, and there is also a lake and an embankment of the Dnieper River nearby.
