The Leleka club complex is a closed and guarded area with an area of 9.5 hectares, the complex is equipped with 35 m. swimming pool, sports ground, barbecue area, guest parking for 50 parking spaces, 24-hour video surveillance.
The complex is divided into 2 sectors:

The private house sector consists of 2-storey houses with their own land plot from 9 to 23 acres. The area of the houses varies from 137 to 190 m2.
