Head of Premium Real Estate Sales & Rentals

Mayak Real Estate Agency is an international company with Ukrainian roots that has been specializing in the sale and rental of premium real estate in Kyiv and abroad since 2012.

We are currently looking for a strong HEAD OF PREMIUM REAL ESTATE SALES & RENTALS — someone with experience, vision, a genuine commitment to their team, and a real drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the department: building the team, setting tasks and monitoring their execution;

• Supporting agents at every stage — from lead generation to closing the deal;

• Optimizing department operations, sales funnels and scripts;

• Attracting new clients and analyzing the market;

• Training new employees and developing the team;

• Strategic planning.

What we are looking for:

• At least 2 years of management experience in real estate;

• Strong team management and process-building skills;

• Confident communication with premium-segment clients;

• Someone who takes responsibility, shows initiative, analyzes situations and is focused on achieving results.
