Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, selecting, selling and renting premium real estate;

• Working with hot leads and clients provided by the company;

• Consulting clients and identifying their needs;

• Selecting suitable properties and presenting them to clients;

• Organizing and conducting property viewings;

• Negotiating with clients and property owners;

• Guiding clients through the entire transaction process — from the first contact to closing;

• Managing client relationships and property listings in the CRM system;

• Analyzing the real estate market and monitoring current offers;

• Building long-term relationships with clients and working with repeat business;

• Achieving personal sales targets and financial goals.

Previous real estate experience is not required — we provide full training and support you throughout the process.
