Marketing Manager

Mayak Real Estate Agency is an international company with Ukrainian roots that has specialized in the sale and rental of premium real estate in Kyiv and abroad since 2012.

We are looking for a marketing manager who will independently run the company's marketing function — from ideas and content to results analytics and control of advertising activities. We work in Kyiv's premium real estate segment, so we need someone for whom marketing is not just Instagram and nice pictures, but strategy, numbers, and results.

Responsibilities:

Strategy and analytics

Develop and implement the company's marketing plan
Analyze competitors, the market, and the target audience
Analyze leads, conversions, customer acquisition cost (CPL), and ROMI
Prepare regular marketing reports

Advertising and CRM

Oversee advertising campaigns and their effectiveness
Work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising channels
Work with the CRM and databases

Content and contractors

Create briefs for designers, photographers, videographers, and contractors
Oversee SMM and the content plan
Take part in creating advertising materials and presentations

Growing the function

Generate new marketing tools for attracting clients and agents
Coordinate multiple tasks at once and monitor their completion

Who we're looking for:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
Solid understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with Google Analytics / Looker Studio or similar systems
Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
Understanding of CRM marketing and sales funnels
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to plan your own work independently, without constant oversight
Fluent Ukrainian
Willing to work from the office
Experience in real estate, luxury, or the premium segment is a significant advantage
